Os ex-alunos João Carvalho, Klára Varga e Sara Couto representam Portugal na competição internacional «Step Into the Future 2021», organizada pela Bauman Moscow State Technical University e pela Russian Youth Engineering Society, e que decorre de 12 a 18 de abril de 2021.
Depois de venceram a final nacional do Concurso Jovens Cientistas e Investigadores, e de se apurarem para a final europeia do Concurso EUCYS – European Union Contest for Young Scientists, o projeto ATMOS – Quantification of the Ecosystem Services provided by Living Green Walls for Atmospheric Pollutants Removal – assume mais esta prestigiante responsabilidade com entusiasmo.
O juri será constutido por 100 personalidades da Ciência de várias instituições como a Bauman Moscow State Technical University, a Lomonosov Moscow State University , a MIREA – Russian Technological University, a Russian State University for Humanities, a Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, o Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, o Prokhorov General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), a Federal Research Centre “Fundamentals of Biotechnology” of the RAS, o Institute of Astronomy of the of the RAS, o Space Research Institute of the RAS, o Institute of General History of the RAS e o Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education.
